Luxurious villa available for rent. It belongs to a private eco-resort of three villas and would be a perfect place for a family or group of up to 6-8 persons. Car would be recommended when staying - nearest facilities and the beach is approximately 10 minutes’ away by car.

Villa comprises of three levels and measures 150 sq. m. in total.

Main entrance level offers bright and airy lounge with panoramic windows, opening to a terrace. Here you can relax, watch TV and dine. Same area has an open plan kitchen. Also, guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor dining.
On the second level, there are 2 bedrooms. Master room has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub. The other room has a double bed and private bathroom(equipped with a shower). These bedrooms access a courtyard.
Villa’s top level houses third bedroom with a king size bed and individual full-sized bathroom. All the beds offer high-quality mattresses, feather pillows and 100% cotton bed linen. Bathrooms feature necessities including a make-up mirror, a hair dryer, pool towels, bathrobes and amenities such as organic personal care products.
Both common areas and bedrooms have air-conditioning, WIFI internet access, cable TV and stereo system.

Private pool complements the garden, it is approximately 3,5 x 10 m with infinity edge and Jacuzzi section. Sunbeds provided on the stone deck - perfect for sunbathing and refreshing moments during the hot summer day. Guests can also use a barbeque area with dining set for six and enjoy an alfresco meal.

Do not forget to visit the Agios Nikolaos, Chania and Rethymno with their rich multi-cultural heritage, historic monuments, churches and museums. Have a nice holiday!

The house comes with various terraces and gardens where someone can enjoy the nature and spectacular views by gazing at the horizon during the day. Both the main terrace, which is covered by pergola, and the entrance terrace feature spacious sitting areas. The BBQ terrace, also covered by pergola, accommodates a dining table for six. The infinity swimming pool and the Jacuzzi are surrounded by a sun bathing terrace with plenty of sunloungers. Carob trees, aromatic plants and wild rock formations emerge among the gardens.

The villa is offered including a high efficiency fireplace, Hi-Fi, internet access, BBQ and a private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliances and a reverse osmosis water filter. The living room and bedrooms areas contain air conditioning, satellite TV, MP3 player.
In terms of security, triplex glazing is installed along with a central security system and external surveillance cameras.
