Set in a private secured grounds with parking area it is within 10 minutes’ drive to a village with couple of traditional restaurants, bars. The nearest sandy beach is only 4 km away.

The house is built according to Corfiot architectural style on two levels and conveniently accommodates up to 8 guests. Villa comes fully equipped and furnished with dark wooden furniture and minimal, yet elegant decoration.

On the ground floor, there is a very spacious open plan kitchen, which comes with brand new electrical appliances and anything you need for self-cooking with dining area (sits 10 guests). Next to it is a large living room with fireplace, cozy L-shape sofa and access to a large furnished veranda, which overlooks to the countryside. There is additional dining set for you to enjoy late breakfast with a view. Same level houses 1 bathroom and 1 twin bedroom, some gym equipment provided, which is very convenient for those, who prefer to work out daily.

Marble stairs lead to the first floor where there are 3 main bedrooms. 1 Master bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom (features both shower cabin and Jacuzzi tub, double sink). 2 Guest bedrooms with double beds and share common bathroom (full size tub). Two rooms of this level open to a large, furnished shaded-pergola veranda with stunning views of the surroundings.

Outdoors, there is plenty of space for rest and dining, a gazebo, built-in barbeque facilities available. Moreover, there is a private dip pool and sun loungers, where you can refresh during hot summer and sunbath enjoying the nature. Well maintained gardens also offer parking space for 2 cars.
