Modern 2 levels villa of 140 m2 located on the picturesque private land of 3000 m2. Villa of 4 bedrooms with private mini golf course, a hot tub and a big pool. It can sleep up to 10 people. The closest seaside resort town is just moments away with a sandy beach and many shops and restaurants

Ground floor:
Upon entering you will see the living room with dining area and kitchen. There are two bedrooms, a double one with access to the pool terrace and one twin bedroom, along with a shared bathroom with a shower unit.

First floor:
The first floor has two more double bedrooms. Both of them have private balconies, one of which is a big terrace covered with a pergola. On the first floor, there is also a shared bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower unit.

Exterior:
The villa has its own spacious private parking space. The pool is about 5 meters long, its maximum depth reaches 1,60 meters and on the tiled patio, there are sunbeds for everyone. Alongside the pool, the villa offers a minigolf course with many different difficulty levels.
