This Villa 100 m2 is located right outside of Chania, it was worth the 15-20 minute drive to the city. The Villa has many local places which is nice to learn about the culture of Crete. Chania is not far and the main road is a straight shot to the village and back

The villa comprises of two levels and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It features both heating and air-conditioning, so it is suitable for year-round stay. Land area 8000 m2

Its ground floor has an open plan kitchen with elegant dining area (seating 6 guests), where the kitchen comes with full range of modern cooking tools and full set of crockery for most convenience. Beautiful living room has sofa by the fireplace and flat screen TV, wireless internet access provided. Also, there is a bathroom with shower on this level.

Upper floor houses 2 bedrooms. One has a large king size bed and the second one - two single beds. They share a common balcony, which faces the serene surrounding and 1 bathroom (equipped with bathtub). Both bedrooms are spacious and bright, with ample wardrobes and necessary amenities for total relaxation. Villa also boasts a private swimming pool with couple of sunbeds is at guests’ service. Pool terrace also has dining set for alfresco eating.

The villa is fully secured, fenced for the most private living. With all these facilities and regular service, this villa will fulfill the highest demands of the guests staying here. Car is essential due to the location, however the nearest village is only 2 km with basic choice of holiday amenities - post office, cafes, stores, taverns. In about 10 minutes’ drive you can easily get to the beach and find even more shopping and dining options.
