On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each of them has its own air condition and amazing sea view.

On the same floor there is the living room, the dining area, kitchen. This level has direct access to the pool and the main terrace and a breathtaking sea view.

In the upper level there is the third bedroom with a sofa bed, which turns into a double bed, and en-suite bathroom. It has its own air condition unit and breathtaking sea view.

On the lower level there is an extra room, which is equipped with gym facilities.

At the outdoor area there is a 40m2 infinity pool, offering a unique experience of swimming while gazing at the amazing sea view. Sit back in the comfortable sun loungers and relax under the sun . Also there is a shaded dining area and a large BBQ.

Finally, don't forget to visit the ‘Secret Beach’, just a few meters from the villa.

The villages are a 5 minute drive where you can find supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.

In the village of Almyrida, only 3km away, you can find a lovely sandy beach as well as seafront restaurants and shops. This beach also offers watersports activities, such as diving, paddle boarding, wind surfing and sailing.

Villa 140sqm in three levels. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and mosquito nets, well equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, gym room, infinity heated pool under no extra cost, air-conditions, TV, Internet wi-fi, BBQ, veranda, parking on site. Linen, towels and pool/beach towels are provided, cleaning service every 3-4 days. Also beach equipment is provided such as sun umbrellas and beach towels.

Secret Beach 180 m (quite rocky and has sand in places. From our villa there is a path that leads to this beautiful isolated beach.)
The second beach 1,5 km

Other beach 3,5 km: Two sandy beaches separated by a rocky peninsula. The larger has good facilities (sun beds, sea sport activities, fish restaurants, cafes) and shallow transparent waters. Ideal for families or crowd seekers.

Ombrogialos beach 5 km: Small rocky bay with green and blue deep waters between Paleloni and Kefalas. Actually it consists of a dock, used for diving and sunbathing. The sea around the Ombrogialos is ideal for snorkeling and windsurfing. Above the dock is a fish tavern, popular to sea divers. You can access the beach by car through the asphalt road that starts from Paleloni.
