On the ground floor of the house, there is a spacious bright living room with cozy couch (convertible into a double bed) by the fireplace, TV and home cinema. Its wide glass doors opens to a terrace and the garden. Kitchen comes with all necessary tools and appliances for self-cooking. Same floor also hosts a 1 bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, accessing the pool area.

The upper floor has 1 more bedroom, fitted with a double bed, 1 bathroom and a large balcony of about 70 sq. m. facing the sea and mountains.

Highlight of the complex are two swimming pools in front of each villa, with sun loungers and umbrellas provided for guests’ convenience. Perfect place to relax, sunbath or dine alfresco. There is also equipped barbeque place for alfresco dining.
