Entering the villa from the main door, you will find an open-plan space with the kitchen and the living area! Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, indoor or the outdoor dining table. The window door leads to the veranda with the sofas and the Seaview!

Villa has three airy bedrooms, all on the same level. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds (0.80 cm * 2.00m) that can be used either as singles or as king-sized beds. One of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a double-sized bed(160cm*200cm) with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A communal bathroom is available for all the guests. The sofa in the living area can host one more single or an adult.

The villa is located in a private area and the guests will have full access to the whole property! Due to its location, the car is not necessary as within a small walking distance, you will find restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, etc.

Outdoor is an amazing place to be with a lot of facilities and amenities:
• Swimming pool of 30sqm (3*10m, depth 1.50m). The swimming pool can be heated upon request, free of charge for 2022-2023 by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27 – 28°C depending on weather conditions.
• Six sunbeds, a living area, and a gazebo are available for relaxing moments.
• Outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ
• Outdoor shower near the pool
• On the back yard there is a parking space for 2 cars.
• Last but not least, there is a door that lets you be on the beach just a few steps from the villa.
