This is a 2-bedroom villa, which sleeps up to 5 guests. It is semi-detached and comprises of one floor (100 sq. m.). The interiors are tastefully furnished in modern minimal style and feature panoramic windows, overlooking northwest, all necessary home appliances provided. WIFI available throughout the complex. Villa offers 2 bedrooms, each one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom (shower). Climate control system installed to maintain necessary temperature. One more guest can be accommodated on the sofa in the living room. The lounge is an open plan space, which incorporates a sitting area, dining zone and a kitchen with full set of cooking tools and crockery. Here you can rest and watch TV or dine with a sea view through large windows.
Outdoor area includes a parking slot for 2 cars, large private pergola with barbeque equipment – ideal for family gatherings and alfresco dinners. In the garden, there is plenty of space for kids to play.

All villas guarantee convenient stay followed by exceptional service with daily (except Sundays) cleaning and regular linen / towel change. Various extras available on request with prior arrangement.
