Chania Villa boasts direct access to a large beach with couple of taverns. It is located in a quiet neighborhood to guarantee privacy and seclusion for the guests. Both airport and city of Chania can be reached within 30-40 minutes’ drive, which is very convenient – you make day trips for various shopping and entertainment experience and then be back to relaxing seaside home.
Villa comprises of two levels and can accommodate a family of 7 persons.
On the ground floor, there is cozy lounge with double height ceiling, sofas by the fireplace. For entertainment, there is a flat screen TV, audio and video system, WIFI internet access. The lounge overlooks the pool and sea. Next to, there is an open plan kitchen, which comes fully equipped with full set of cooking tools and appliances, crockery and cutlery. Dining table sits six, while there is also another dining area on the shaded terrace.
Same level contains 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), one of which has ensuite bathroom, 1 separate WC. Laundry facilities provided for most convenience. Villa’s top floor is occupied by a luxurious master suite with double bed and private bathroom with shower. Large glass door opens to a covered balcony with superb sea and mountain views and to the swimming pool.
Outdoors, villa offers a private pool of 32 sq. m. with maximum depth at 1,5 m, sun loungers on the deck around it. For our little guests, there is a separate kids section. Barbeque oven available for guests to enjoy delicious grill dinner alfresco.
