Villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests in real beds. Two more guests can be accommodated, one in a folding bed located in the living room area, as well as one adult (or 2 children) in the sofa bed of the lower’s floor bedroom.

Two of bedrooms are located on the lower level of the Villa, the former featuring a King Size bed (1,80x2,00) as well as boasting an exquisite en suite bathroom, a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin. The bedroom is lightened up with natural light from the window. Τhe second bedroom also features an exquisite King Size bed (1,80x2,00), with direct access to the back terrace, offering an en suite bathroom with a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin & an open splendid bathtub and double sink. One more guest (adult) or two small children can be accommodated in the sofa bed of this bedroom.
The lower floor also boasts a specially designed area with a washing machine & Tumble dryer, as well as a wonderful kitchenette (sink, hobs, mini refrigerator & espresso coffee machine).
An exquisite staircase leads to the ground floor where the remaining two bedrooms are located, the former boasting two single beds (0,90x2,00), embellished with toppers mattress that create a King Size bed, and the latter boasting two single beds (0,80x2,00), embellished with toppers mattress that create a Queen Size bed. Both of the bedrooms offer direct access to balcony and en suite bathroom with a walk-in overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

Pool & Whirlpool Heating Policy:
– The pool & whirlpool can only be heated together.
– The pool & whirlpool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees.
-4 days in advance – prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The cost is 80€ per day for the first two days.
-For every additional day of use the charge of heating the pool is 50€.
-Pool heating can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required.
-In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool.
