Modern villa for rent in Crete, ideal summer place for you vacations in Greece. Villa stands right on the beach and in walking distance from necessary amenities - shops, taverns, supermarket and many more. Car is not necessary, although we suggest hiring one for convenient access to the Rethymno town with wider choice of shopping and dining options. Both Chania and Heraklion International airports are approximately 1,5 hour away by car.
Villa measures 220 sq. m., comprising of three levels, constructed with fine materials only and fully equipped at highest standards. Also, each room has air-conditioning unit and there is also a fireplace on the ground floor available. Interiors are very bright and airy, with simple, yet elegant furniture and light colored fabrics, creating cozy atmosphere.
The main area in the house is a spacious lounge on the ground floor, which incorporates the sitting zone and dining area. Here you can relax on cozy sofa, watch TV. Wireless internet access provided. Dining table sits 6-8. The kitchen is large and fitted with all you may need when cooking – fridge, dishwasher, stove, kettle and coffeemaker, set of crockery ad cutlery. In addition, a WC and laundry facilities provided as well. This level opens onto the shaded terrace with view to the pool, garden and sea.
Villa’s first floor offers 1 master bedroom with a large double bed, 1 room with twin beds. Each room comes with individual bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea.
There is also an attic, which sleep 2 more guests in 1 bedroom (with private bathroom).
Finally, on the lower floor there is the fourth room, made as an independent apartment. Here you can find 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette and a sitting area. It has also its own door to get directly outside the house and get from the stairs to the verandah and swimming pool.
Private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas is right in front of the villa, which is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing moments with your family during the hot summer day. Guests can also use barbeque equipment available on site, and enjoy an alfresco meal in the outdoor dining area.
