Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, a living room with huge front windows overlooking the garden and pool, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a guest toilet in the living room.
On the ground floor at the level of the courtyard and pool there are the living room, kitchen, toilet and one bedroom.
On the second floor there are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers and a toilet. Two bedrooms open onto a large front porch of the second floor with sea view, and the third bedroom opens onto a private balcony overlooking the mountain landscape.
The villa is comfortably furnished and well equipped with all necessary appliances.
