It stands in a quiet neighborhood, within a minute walk from a pebble beach, in about 1,5 hours’ drive from Athens and the airport. Car recommended when staying for most convenience, however you can still easily reach on foot the nearest village with good selection of dining and shopping facilities.
Villa is built in two levels and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Ground level offers a lounge with fireplace and cozy seating around, incorporating dining area. For entertainment, there is a TV, DVD player and WIFI internet available. Next to, is a kitchen, which has all necessary appliances and tools, suitable for self-cooking, one more dining table. The living room opens directly to the pool terrace and the garden.
Villa houses 4 bedrooms – three of them have a double bed, one comes with 2 singles. In addition, there is baby cot in of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, equipped with shower or tub. Washing machine provided.
Adjoining to the villa there is a spacious sunny terrace, complemented with a private swimming pool of 12 x 5 m. Ideal place for relaxing, sunbathing. Plenty of sun loungers and deck furniture available for guests’ comfort. Regular maid and gardener services provided.
Villa has perfect location for travelling around Evia island and also visiting Athens and other parts of central Greece like Athenian Riviera, dotted with resorts and numerous waterfront dining options, famous Vouliagmeni Lake and Loutraki with healing thermal springs, ancient Corinth and many more.
