On the ground floor, at your disposal, there is a big open-plan kitchen, incorporated with living room and dining area. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances for self-cooking and the lounge has cozy sofas with satellite TV, wireless internet access provided throughout the house. Same level has 1 double bedroom. This room has ensuite bathroom.

Upper floor has 2 master king size bedrooms ensuite bathroom. And 1 single bedroom ensuite bathroom. For most convenience, there is an extra guest bathroom.

The main highlight of this house is its swimming pool with salt water. For sunbathing and relaxation, there are plenty of sun loungers, deck chairs, outside sofas with umbrellas giving shade.

In a short walk from maisonette, you can get to the famous Vougliameni Lake, offering hotspring baths, hydrotherapy and physiotherapy.
