Apart from the apartment and the common areas of the villa there is easy walkable 5 restaurants and 3 beaches and 2 beach bars (within 15 min). Also there is a nice public childrens playground and a mini-football & basket court. A few minutes drive and you find more beaches, multiple restaurants, convenient stores etc. Sounio with the Apollo temple is less than 15 min drive and the airport is 30 minutes. Short trips proposed to Sounio and the local main town of Glyfada.

Day trips proposed to Athens Centre (many sites to see), to Nafplio (3h drive via the Corinthean channel and possible to add the Ancient Corinth and the Epidauvros Amfitheator on the way. Also Delfi is worth a 1 day visit. Finally there are 3 ports within 40 min drive each of which connects to the many Greek Islands. 3 are reachable within 1 hour by ferry and all definitely worth a visit

The airport is only 25m drive and the Apollo Temple and great beaches of Cape Sounio are only 10m drive. Multiple more restaurants, beaches, cafes and beach bars along the coast in both directions. Supermarket is 6m drive so rental car is recommended
