Attica Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests plus baby cot
The villa is made up of two units. The lower one which can accommodate up to 4 has almost a studio lay out, the double bed is screened from the sofa(bed) and kitchen, and also has a bathroom.
Upstairs has 3 compact bedrooms though each has plenty of storage space, which is a bit unusual in Greece. There is one en suite and a further separate bathroom. The seating area, dinning area and kitchen are all adequate for 8 but hopefully you’ll be spending most of your time outdoors.

The location is good, there is a market 5 mins walk away and the beach and restaurants are 10 mins walk away. There is a wonderful Wednesday morning market . There is a hill but it is not steep.

At 700 m. you may visit local market area such as coffee shops, restaurants, mini market etc. or even organized beach.

At 200 m. you may visit isolated-not organized beach.

For a daily trip to the remote islands, you can take the ferry from the port of Rafina which is located just 30 min from the Villa.

The International Airport is located just 13 min. away!
