Villa in complex in three levels can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
Entering in the ground floor a spacious open plan living/dining room welcomes you, where you can find the comfortable lounge equipped with a TV corner with satellite TV and DVD player, the dining room and the functional, fully equipped kitchen. From this area you have access to the garden and the pool outside. Moreover, on this floor there is a bedroom with double bed, which splits also in two singles on demand and a shower/WC.
An inner staircase leads to the master bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a private terrace with great view. There is one more bedroom set on this floor with its own bathroom a double bed which can be split in two singles. It also opens out to a private terrace to sit and relax.
On the lower level, the property offers one more bedroom with private bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also an open plan playroom area, with a billiard, a football table and chess, with fireplace, a dining table and a small kitchen. This area offers moments of relaxation for children and adults. Direct access to the garden area is also possible from this area.
Outdoors the villa offers privacy among delightful illuminated, landscaped gardens with aromatic herbs and convenient areas for lazy cocktails and/or dining. The villa has a private swimming pool for children and grown-ups and also a BBQ area where you can enjoy your lunch, dinner or a drink under the candle light or just the starlight.
For families with children, we provide inflatable toys at the children’s pool & children’s books. Access to the upper and lower levels of the villa can be blocked by an iron door, whereas the sockets have child safety.
Please note that the Pool is cleaned and maintained every day or two (depends on the weather), with extra care to ensure that the water is at the correct PH levels and safe to use.
