Marble staircase leads up to the first floor, which offers 4 spacious rooms with a double bed, TV, ample wardrobe for storage. Each bedroom has its individual bathroom and access to a balcony. Balconies face the sea or mountains. Same level has laundry area with equipment for washing, drying and ironing. Basement level includes staff unit, storage rooms.

Big swimming pool complements the villa, with spacious deck around, where you can relax and sunbath. Next to it is an outdoor shower and WC for most convenience. In addition, barbeque equipment is provided and the outdoor dining table can sit 10 guests. Perfect for family gatherings and alfresco dining with a view.
