A spacious family villa, built in stone and modernly equipped, with private swimming pool offers all facilities for comfortable holidays in Crete. Situated within a short stroll from the beach, villa grants panoramic views over the sea.

Villa comprises of 3 levels of total 520 sq. m. living area and accommodates up to 11 guests. Villa comes with both air-conditioning and heating. Main middle floor of the villa has 2 living rooms with cozy sitting areas by the fireplace and 1 spacious kitchen. There are both indoor and outdoor dining area at guests’ service. For entertainment, there is TV, CD player, wireless internet access. This level also has a storage room, separate WC and access to a covered terrace.
On the top floor of the villa, there are 4 bedrooms, fitted with one double or three single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and some feature a balcony.
The lower level contains an independent apartment with 1 bedroom, kitchenette and 1 bathroom. You can also find laundry room and access to a garage (2 cars). Covered barbeque area has wood burning traditional oven, sink, fridge and dining set.

For those, who prefer to work out on regular basis, there is gym equipment, sauna. Guests also can use a large swimming pool in the garden with sunbeds and umbrellas. Our little guests have plenty of space to play around in the garden, there is a small playground with slide and swings. 

Villa’s location is very convenient – within just 20 minutes by car from Heraklion and the airport. It is also a good starting point for exploring the island. Rent a car and check islands’ most famous beaches, ancient archaeological sites, authentic villages with traditional taverns, serving Greek cuisine.
