Villa offered for rent, situated on a hill with breathtaking views over the sea, on the south east coast of Attica. It is only half-hour drive to Athens and is just 500 m away from the beach.

It comprises of three levels.
Ground Floor : a small seating area with a 60” smart TV, a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, a small kitchen, a sauna, a laundry room, and two comfortable sofa beds. The private garage is also located on this floor.

First Floor: a living room, a 60” Smart TV, kitchen, a dining table.

Second Floor: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Both share spectacular views even from the bed area.

The villa exceeded our expectations. It's spacious, perfectly clean, beautifully designed and had all the comforts we needed. You need a car to get around but the location is perfect: 20 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes on a gorgeous coastal road to Vouliagmeni, with its high end bars, restaurants and beaches. It was also quick to get to the unspoilt beaches of Sounio.
