This is a large rustic well-equiped villa. It is up a dirt track road and surrounded by trees which would benefit from being cut back a bit to maximise the wonderful view. Only 10 minutes from the beach and tavernas. Great for big groups.
The villa can sleep 20+ people
- It is fully equipped for small children and babies.
- 45 min to Athens downtown, 20 min to the airport, close to many sites & beautiful beaches.
Grounf floor :
1. Large living room/dining room: 10 seat built in corner sofa, fireplace,
big square dinning table for 12 people and a ping-pong table that can be used as an even bigger table when nobody plays.
2. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen: 4-range gas stove top, gas oven, large fridge, double sink, 60cm dishwasher, filter coffee & nespresso machine, fruit juicer, blender, water boiler, toaster, sandwich maker and more. There is also a round table for 4-5 people.
3. Small WC.
There are 5 bedrooms in the house each one with its own bathroom.
-BEDROOM 1: ground floor: 18m2, two large (200x100) beds, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower. Upon request, a folding bed (195x75) or a baby cot can be added
-BEDROOM 2: The largest (27m2) bedroom. Ultra-king size bed (two connected 200x100 beds), private balcony, en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and a shower jet. Upon request 1, 2 or even 3 folding beds (190x75) or a baby cot can be added.
- BEDROOM 3: 24m2 in total it consists of two smaller rooms, each one with its own closet. A queen size bed (200x160) in one room and a bunk bed (two 200x90 beds) in the other. En suite bathroom with shower and access to the two-level house terrace with 360 degree breathtaking views.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are on the top floor. They share a common space with a cabinet that houses a mini fridge and the clothes washer.
-BEDROOM 4: 25m2 with a separate entrance but also access to the rest of the house. It consists of two semi-separate areas: one with two single beds (200x90) and another with a large sofa bed that turns into a single (200x80) or double bed (200x160). It has its own mini fridge and en suite bathroom with shower. Upon request a baby cot can be added.
- BEDROOM 5: A 22m2 separate bungalow, 20 meters away from the main house, with two single beds (200x80), large closet, a small table, small kitchen (2-range stove top, fridge and sink) and bathroom with shower. Upon request one or two folding beds (190x75) or a baby cot can be added.
All areas of the house and the estate will be accessible. The separate bungalow will be closed, if not used.
