There are two big lounges on the ground floor with comfortable sofas, fireplace. Dining room and modern open plan kitchen features a cooking island and is fully equipped with set of crockery and utensils. Satellite channels with flat-screen TV, DVD player and wireless internet access provided for entertainment. Same level has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

There is a parquet spiral staircase, which leads to bedrooms. They are 1 master bedroom with individual bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms, sharing 1 common bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds and nice views over the garden and surroundings. Extra beds could be placed into the bedrooms if necessary. This level also has a small rest area with lap top surface and printer. Ideal for those, who needs to combine work with holidays.

Villas has its own private pool of 40 sq. m. with sun loungers, where you can sunbath and relax. In addition, guests can use barbeque facilities and enjoy alfresco meals.
