Villa stands right in front of a long pebble beach an in just 5 minutes’ away by car from a village with a good choice of local shopping and dining.

The villa has total living area of 240 sq. m. and accommodates maximum 10 guests. It is fully furnished, air-conditioned and modernly equipped, with all necessary amenities for convenient stay. TV, WIFI internet, laundry facilities and equipped kitchen available at guests’ disposal.

The ground level. The apartment consists of 1 master bedroom with individual ensuite bathroom and one large living room area. Here is also a modern kitchen, dining area and 1 more bedroom corner with an extra large traditional bed and 1 bathroom.

The first floor has living room with fireplace; bedroom with a big double bed; bathroom; wash corner with toilet; fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and all necessary kitchenware. The first floor has two big verandas facing the sea and the forest zone.

The second floor has two bedrooms - one with double bed and with two single beds and veranda facing the sea; big bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
Villa can provide a nice baby-cot for its little guests (free of charge) and a ping-pong facilities (extra fee).

The villa has parking space enough for 4 cars. 600 m away from the villa there is a Beach cocktail bar, the guests can take a walk (or swim)there along the sea line, or use their car to get there. Villa is surrounded by a lush garden, landscaped with trees, with a small path leading directly to the beach. On the beach you can find a private area with umbrellas and sunlougers.
In addition, there is an equipment provided for barbeque dinners.
