Villa stands on private grounds of 6000 sq. m. right at the edge, overlooking the sea. Within 5 minutes’ drive, you can get to the beach and vibrant resort with plenty of shopping and dining options, clubbing. Car recommended when staying for most convenience. Both Rhodes town and the airport are approximately 20 minutes’ away by car.

Villa boasts exceptional comfort, built and designed according to the contemporary style and equipped at highest standards of living, fully fitted and modernly equipped. With it open-space layout and wide panoramic patio doors and windows, it creates very relaxing and airy atmosphere.

The villa itself consists of a main building and a guesthouse, accommodating up to 20+ guests. The main villa house a living/dining area with comfortable sitting area with fireplace, large modern and fully equipped kitchen with full set of crockery and cooking tools. For guests entertainment, there is satellite TV, DVD player and wireless internet provided. Main unit sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom with king size bed has private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Two other guestrooms are identical with a double bed and ensuite bathrooms with showers. All rooms are facing the sea.

The guesthouse combines 5 suites. Four of them, suitable for 4 persons offer a small living room with sofa beds (could be used as a bed for 2), a fully equipped kitchenette and 1 bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and TV.
The fifth is good for a couple, consisting of 1 bedroom with a double bed. Each suite has a bathroom, equipped with shower, fully air-conditioned.

Private pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas is right in front and is perfect for sunbathing and refreshing moments during the hot summer day. Guests can also benefit from the brick built barbeque oven available on site, and enjoy an alfresco meal in the outdoor dining area of the shaded terrace.
To vary your holidays, from the port of Rhodes, you can make day tours to neighboring islands of Dodecanese’s group (Simi, Kos, Halki and others). Each journey guarantees unforgettable memories as each island in Greece has its own spirit.
