Villa's entry level opens with a large living room, inviting to relax ion the sofas and enjoy the views of the sea. Here you can find a 65-inch flat screen TV with sound system, WIFI internet access. Also, PlayStation game console provided. The fully equipped kitchen has a beautiful central island with granite top, fridge-freezer, oven and ceramic hob, kettle, coffeemaker and set of crockery. Dining table is made of wood and comfortably sits 8 persons. The living area is fully air conditioned with additional underfloor heating system if necessary. Same level houses a master bedroom (reached via staircase) with king size bed and a bathroom, surrounded by large glass areas offering panoramic views. This room also features its private terrace with sunbeds, overlooking the Cretan Sea.

The lower level, accessed via the lift from the kitchen houses 4 master bedrooms and a utility room with all necessary laundry facilities (washing machine, tumble-dryer, ironing board and iron). Each bedroom has a double bed, ample fitted wardrobes and a private bathroom.

The villa is set in fully landscaped gardens and boats an infinity swimming pool of 60 sq. m. with expansive seating area where you can relax when sunbathing and gather up for alfresco dinner at the end of the day, followed by amazing sunsets. An outdoor shower is located next to the swimming pool for convenience. Barbeque facilities provided as well with outdoor dining set for ten.
