First Floor
The first floor contains the Master Suite and Twin Room. The Master Suite combines a king bedroom with a private lounge, office, walk-in wardrobe and balcony overlooking Chania and the sea. Its en-suite includes a double shower and a private indoor plunge pool with hydromassage. The Twin Room has two full-size single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub incorporating Jacuzzi features.
Ground Floor
The ground floor is arranged around the villa’s principal shared spaces and direct access to the pool terrace. The Family Suite has a queen bedroom, en-suite bathroom, office desk, private living area and convertible sofa, with additional occupancy available only on request. Two living areas, indoor dining for ten, the main kitchen and outdoor kitchen support relaxed days and shared meals.
Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor contains two en-suite double bedrooms, each with a queen bed and direct access to the garden level, together with the multipurpose lounge. This relaxed shared room can be used for films, games, reading or work and includes an office desk and desktop computer. The gym and wellness rooms are presented separately below.
Wellness & Fitness
The private wellness and fitness area occupies the lower ground floor and opens towards the gardens. It includes a fully equipped gym, sauna and hammam, with a separate space for massage and wellness treatments arranged on request. The facilities allow guests to maintain their routine or slow the pace in complete privacy.
Separate Self-Contained Studio
The Optional Studio is a self-contained add-on space with its own entrance, kitchenette and en-suite shower room. It provides a semi-double bed and a separate single bed and is available only on request. It sits outside the villa’s standard five-bedroom configuration and is best suited to supporting staff or additional guests requiring greater independence.
Outdoor Living
Outdoor living unfolds across the infinity pool, terraces, gardens and shaded corners overlooking Chania and the sea. The heated pool includes hydromassage, with sunny and sheltered loungers nearby. An outdoor kitchen, gas and charcoal BBQ, wood-fired oven, pool bar, open-air shower and guest WC support long days outside from breakfast to sunset.
