The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds, in its 5 spacious bedrooms, with 4 spacious bathrooms. Two more guests (preferably children) can sleep at the sofa beds. All bedrooms feature premium mattresses and linen, hypoallergenic Coco-mat. The Ground floor of the villa is wheelchair accessible.

Bonus : Only steps away from the villa you will find a beach, where you can enjoy a morning swim. The unique home is also wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp, access to the Ground Floor pool & living - cum area, with a specially designed wheelchair friendly bedroom and bathroom also.

There is secure parking space outside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Nespresso Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Pool Heating Policy:
– The pool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool.
– 4 days in advance – prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature.
– The cost is 60€ per day.
– Pool heating can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required.

Guest access
Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! The villa is part of Luxury Villas where two more villas with their own pool and facilities are located.
