Luxury summer villa located in famous Sani club at Kassandra peninsula of Halkidiki. The property laying on 280 sq/m space, with large private pool, landscaped private garden with amazing sea view as very quick access to the beach.

The villa hosting up to 13 persons in 5 very spacious bedrooms, of which 1 queen size en-suite bath , 1 queen, 1 twin en-suite bath, 1 twin and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds plus couch bed. All inside areas are fully air-conditioned and the villa also features a pool side bar, a bbq and fully equipped kitchen area.

Layout:

Ground level: living room with fireplace, and kitchen area.
External area: Private pool with amazing sea view, private well tended garden and dining table with bbq. Steps also are available that leads to the beach.
First level: two queen size bedrooms (one en-suite) with a large balcony overlooking the garden.
On the raised lower ground floor level are another 3 bedrooms, 1 twin, 1 twin ensuite bath and one with 3 single beds and a couch bed. There is even a basketball hoop in the yard if you fancy a game.
Attention: All parts of the house are accessible, including the garden. Please note small children should be supervised in the pool area.
