Pool villa with 3 bedrooms  in Crete, walking sandy beach

Complex villas comprising of three villas. It stands in a small village, in 10 minutes’ drive from a cosmopolitan town of Rethymno. The village has some essential facilities. Complex is in 500 m only from a wonderful sandy beach. This beach is ideal for swimming, sunbathing with your whole family and kids.

Each villa accommodates up to 7 guests, consisting of three split levels. They all stand next to each other, but at the same time being independent, gated and surrounded with a garden, to ensure full privacy.

Mezzanine level hosts a spacious living room with few couches and TV by the fireplace, which is linked to a kitchen, with full range of cooking tools and a big dining table. In addition, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom located on this floor.
The first floor includes two bedrooms – one twin, one double, sharing a bathroom fitted with Jacuzzi tub.
One of the villas has a bit different positioning of the bedrooms; however, it provides same comforts to the guests.

Ground floor connects to the garden and swimming pool, where the guests can sunbath and have a refreshing dip during the hot sunny day. Barbeque facilities also provided outdoors for most convenience. These villas are highly recommended when travelling with kids, as all the necessary things are in the vicinity – both beach, shops. Kids have plenty of space to play on a green lawn in front of the house or swim in the pool.

Renting a car allows you to explore the island further. Visit the famous Knossos Palace, or venetian town of Chania, hike in Samaria Gorge. Don’t forget to visit numerous beaches with authentic taverns, serving traditionally Greek delicacies. From the nearby port of Rethymno daily boat trips leave Spinalonga and beaches along the coast.
