Cozy 3-bedroom villa available for rent in the outskirts of Rethymno town. It boasts amazing location – within few steps from the beach and in 3 minutes’ walk from taverns, shops, cafes, ATM, pharmacy and many other amenities.
Villa features modern Cretan style, equipped with air-conditioning units for most suitable temperature, all necessary home appliances and wireless internet access. This villa sleeps 7 guests.
At guests’ service, there is a spacious lounge, which has large panoramic windows and sitting zone by the fireplace. It flows into a dining area for six and open plan kitchen, where you can find all necessary tools and crockery for cooking. TV, DVD player available. Windows from the living room open directly to the terrace (100 sq. m.) with green lawn, sunbeds and a private swimming pool. In addition, there is a brick-built traditional oven to prepare delicious barbeque and enjoy alfresco dinner/ lunch with a view.
Villa offers 3 bedrooms – 1 master double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms for the guests. All rooms have ample wardrobes, air-conditioning, TV, one of the rooms also contains a baby cot. Master bedroom comes with ensuite bathroom, while others share a common bathroom.
Take a day trip around the island and visit famous Knossos Palace, or venetian town of Chania, go for a hike in Samaria Gorge.

– All in-house electronics are available, including plasma TVs with satellite reception in all bedrooms and living room, a washing machine, dishwasher, mp3/CD and DVD players, large fridge with freezer, electric stove, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, microwave, espresso machine, blender, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board.
Check-in time after 16:00 pm. Check-out time before 11:00 am.

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! No shared areas!
