Villa of three levels, made of wood and stone, measuring 320 sq. m. in total. Tastefully decorated with antique items the villa features high vaulted ceilings and spacious seaside terraces.
There are 5 bedrooms in the house, comfortably sleeping up to 8 adults and 3 children. Three double beds, one twin, one triple bedroom (bunk bed and a single bed). The loft area has a double pull out sofa bed. Additional optional convertible sleeping accommodations for 1-3 people. All the bedrooms are fully furnished and air-conditioned. At guests’ disposal, there are 3 bathrooms (two on the ground floor, one on first floor).
Spacious living room with fireplace incorporates an open plan kitchen. All the necessary kitchenware and modern appliances are installed for comfortable cooking. The dining area can sit up to 12-14 persons.
Outdoors, the villa has a large private swimming pool, table tennis, kids’ swings and a normal basketball/tennis court.
Apart from rest on the villa, there is a rocky beach just below the villa accessible via staircase and 2 more other sandy beached in walking distance.
In the garden there is a shaded barbeque is equipped with oven, cooking tools and preparation surfaces. Ideal for a family alfresco lunch or dinner.
