A traditional Greek villa available for rent in the east cost of Rhodes island. This is the sunniest island in the Aegean and therefore it is a perfect place for summer vacations. Villa stands only 2 km away from two vast pebble-sandy beaches. For most convenient stay, car is recommended when staying – few local taverns could be reached within a short walk, while the village with restaurants and supermarkets is 5 km away. Trip to the airport and Rhodes Old Town takes around half an hour.

Interiors combine modern amenities and traditional style with whitewashed walls, tiled floors, wooden and built in furniture. Villa comprises of two levels and can conveniently accommodate up to 8-10 guests.
The main ground floor includes a large living room which offers a traditional sitting area by the fireplace and dining set. For entertainment, there is TV, DVD player, wireless internet provided. The lounge goes further to an open plan kitchen with extra dining set (fridge, oven, stove provided, crockery and cutlery as well). In addition, there is a secondary living room in the villa for more guests to gather up and enjoy time together.
At guests’ service, there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms in the villa, among them 3 rooms have a double bed and 1 room is furnished with 3 singles. Two more guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge. Villa is served by 3 bathrooms, laundry facilities provided too.

Outdoors, villa boasts a stunning swimming pool with large deck - ideal place for rest and alfresco dining anytime of the day – on the terrace there are many sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor dining table. Barbeque facilities provided.
