The villa is a part of a complex with three identical luxury villas. All three villas have their own pool, heated spa whirlpool and individual facilities, and feature a fence, however kindly note that some areas might be overlooked.

With an outdoor private 45sqm pool (1.50 depth), embellished with a children’s pool compartment (5sqm and 0.5 dept), a two seater - Heated Spa Whirlpool, this is a spectacular 80m2 villa, that can host up to 6 guests to unwind with ultimate comfort.

The villa features three wonderful bedrooms, one on the first floor with en-suite bathroom on and two with shared bathroom at the ground floor allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds.

There is secure parking space outside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Nespresso Machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumbler Drier, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector, and a fully equipped kitchen. A PS4 and a Fifa game is also available.
