Also on the ground floor 4 spacious bedrooms with distinctive architecture and interior design, floor-to-ceiling windows and a total of 6 bathrooms. The modern furniture has been carefully chosen to symbolize the island’s calm yet enjoyable atmosphere. The 260 m² first floor features 4 bedrooms (2 with shared bathroom), one master bedroom with an office area, en suite bathroom with shower -whirlpool bath along with majestic views to the private beach and Mount Athos.

Reception with a secured parking space on a private property from where one skipper will organize the boat transfer from the mainland to the Island. This service is private, complimentary and available at any time. The journey between the meeting point and the island lasts about 10 minutes on quiet and soft sea all year round.

You will have at your disposal and included in the price of each villa a self-service 4.50m boat with outboard 30hp engine. 2 boats are at your disposal at the villa. The boat remains at your disposal all along your stay, and doesn’t need a license to drive, allowing you to go for fishing, visit the islands around or even go until Ormos Panagias, local village 15 minutes away to enjoy one the restaurants around.

Wireless internet connection throughout the venue, daily maid service, in-house laundry, dry cleaning, child care and baby sitter on request, doctor available upon request, in-house hair dresser can be arranged, pets upon request.
