This home lays in 450m² outdoor area and with two private pools : a 15m² private pool that can be heated with an additional fee (1,40 meters deep) & a 25m² private pool (1,40 meters deep) overlooking the iconic BBQ settings (Charcoal BBQ & Pizza Oven). A fully equipped outdoor kitchen, featuring a large fridge, oven, sink and a spacious dining area. There are two outdoor lounge areas and two separate homes, spread through two floors and there is also a drive-in underground parking area for private access.

Three available Bedrooms with King Size bed (1,80x2,00) and access to a balcony • Each bedroom features an En-suite bathroom with walk in shower & one of the bedrooms features also a bathtub • All bedrooms feature also a Smart TV 32”

Living Room featuring a 65’’ Smart TV with direct access to the terrace, BBQ and 25m2 pool, Open plan fully equipped Kitchen • WC is also available • One guest can be accommodated at the sofa upon request • Two available Bedrooms with Queen Size bed (1,60x2,00) and window • Shared bathroom with walk in shower • All bedrooms feature also a Smart TV 32

Additional parking space is available for free outside the villa.

Pool Heating Policy:
-The one 15m2 pool can be heated March-June and September-November and on the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C
-The pool needs two days prior notice before arrival to reach 23 °C and the cost is 60 euros for each day of use. The pool should be heated for a minimum of 3 days use per time. Prior notice is required.
-Water temperature can reach up to 27 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature.
-In case of rain it won’t be possible to use the pool

Guest access
Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access in all indoor and outdoor areas of the Villa! No shared areas!
