The outside area of the Villa includes a heated eco salt water pool of 65 m2 with hydromassage, comfortable balconies, a big garden to enjoy relaxing moments and an outdoor shower to keep cool under the Cretan sun. There are also a large parking area for 4 cars and Wi-Fi access both indoors and outdoors.

The villa includes two fully equipped kitchens with a big and a small refrigerator, a dish washer, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a water boiler, etc. There are interior stairs, five bedrooms with new anatomic mattresses, two living rooms (a large and small one), two dining rooms and also, three fully equipped indoor bathrooms. All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning.

Villa is only a 15 kilometer drive from the center of Chania. There is a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets and other shops in the area.
