The ground floor includes a large living room, linked to a dining area and modern kitchen. Here you can find comfortable sofas, TV by the fireplace and all necessary tools for self-cooking. Sofa beds in the lounge provide additional sleeping space for 2 extra guests if required. Wide French doors exit to a large sea view veranda with dining set – perfect place for open-air breakfast. Same floor has 1 master bedroom with private bathroom (shower).
The upper floor houses 3 bedrooms (1 with a double, 2 with two single beds), each one with a balcony with fantastic views and a shared family bathroom, equipped with Jacuzzi tub. The third level is a pool apartment mezzanine, which is includes a kitchenette, bathroom and a living area. A staircase leads up to an open plan double bedroom.
Outdoors, the villa boasts a nice pool of 36 sq. m. with max depth of 1,4 m. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available to relax and sunbath, enjoying stunning views. For those, who prefer sea, there is a small path, which takes you down to a secluded sandy beach in a minute.
