The Villa is located just a 15 minute drive from Aegina port/town, where all the restaurants, fish taverns, cafés, shops, bars, clubs, open air cinemas, vibrant market and other facilities are situated.
The villa compromises two houses (the Main house and the Guest House) that share the same outdoor area. The Villa is ideal for big families or groups of friends up to 14 guests. Depending on the size of the group, it is possible to rent houses separately or together.
The main house is spread over 3 floors.
Ground Floor: (pool level) of the Villa, living room with a fireplace, an open plan dining room and open plan kitchen. From the living room and the kitchen there is direct access to the garden and swimming pool area.
Upper Floor: consists of a master bedroom, which has a comfortable queen size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a spacious wardrobe.
Lower Floor: two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them ensuite) and a living room. The first bedroom is a master one, having a queen size bed, an ensuite dressing room and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed, a large wardrobe. The second bathroom has a shower. The living room has a sofa that can turn into a queen size bed.
THE GUEST HOUSE includes two bedrooms that share one bathroom with a stone shower. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and the second one two single beds. There is also a small kitchenette (having a small refrigerator). The guest house opens to a veranda with a siting/dining area.
THE OUTDOOR AREA: private garden. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower and two open air showers. The swimming pool has daybeds and area with BBQ facilities.
Amenities include: 2 TVs, DVD player, sound system, central heating, A/C (in all rooms plus the living room), boiler providing continuously hot water, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing equipment and others appliances, providing everything needed for a perfect holiday.
