The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, on the same floor, there are two bedrooms with queen size bed (1.60m) and a private/en suite bathroom in each of them (one with shower and the other one with bathtub). On the first floor there are three more bedrooms with a queen size bed (1.60m) and a private/en suite bathroom in each of them (one with shower and two with bathtub). Each bedroom has a terrace/balcony.

In terms of outdoor areas there is a heated swimming pool (60sq.m with a depth from 80cm to 130cm), outdoor sofas and armchairs with cushions, a dining table with chairs, sunbeds, a gas barbecue (broil king 320 monarch), large courtyards / garden, lawn areas, planters with Mediterranean plants etc.

All the above described indoor and outdoor areas of the villa are used exclusively by our guests with absolute respect for their privacy.
