Villa just few steps away from a long pebble beach on the east coast of Rhodes and perfectly fits for groups and families. Within walking distance, there is couple of local taverns, while in 2 km from the villa there is a village with big supermarkets, restaurants, shops, ATM and other amenities. Vibrant town of Rhodes and the airport is approximately 30 minutes by car.

Villa stands in private seafront grounds, fully fenced and surrounded by green garden to ensure privacy. It measures around 350 sq. m. with 5 bedrooms to accommodate up to 11 guests. There are two levels, both tastefully decorated with very bright and spacious interiors, climate control system installed.

The indoor ground floor area consists of 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped with top-grade amenities kitchen with a dining table, a living area with a 55’ inch 4K TV that has satellite channels, Netflix and a local network drive with over 500 movies on demand. Also on the ground floor there’s a fireplace and a separate dining area.

In addition, there’s a completely independent unit on the first floor that consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a flat screen TV and a fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed.

The outdoor area has a 4.100 square meter (13.500 square feet) garden. The villa has a large private pool with hydro massage which is perfect for soaking up the sun by day, and watching the brilliant stars by night. The outdoor area is furnished with a daybed, 2 dining tables and sun lounges.

The villa has plenty of terrace space and large shaded verandas for open-air sitting and dinning as well as additional dining facilities at the large BBQ shaded area.

Due to the installation of multiple WiFi hotspots inside and around the property, guests should expect a strong signal almost everywhere in the villa. Although the cooling and heating requirements of the property are taken care of by a central unit, there are separate temperature controllers in each area/room.

For our guests that enjoy golf, the 18-hole, par-73 golf course (6800 yards) designed by Britain’s famous golf course architect Donald Harradine, is situated right on the coastline of Afandou Bay and is only 2 kilometers away from the villa.

The beach in front of the villa has been many times Blue Fag awarded for its crystal clear waters, it is only 40 m away from the villa, which makes this place ideal for travelers with kids. Outdoors, guests also have a swimming pool with hot tub section, sun loungers and day beds, dining area. At guests’ disposal there is a traditional brick built barbeque area.

Rent a car and go exploring the island with its stunning beaches, traditional villages in the mountainous areas, ancient Lindos Acropolis and of course Old Town of Rhodes with its castles, narrow streets and endless entertainment!
