Holiday Villa in Iraklio with 5 bedrooms private pool, Crete.

The three-storey 400m2, in a private land of 1,100m2 with a perfect layout for holidays. It can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 people if it is necessary.

On the ground floor there is open plan area of the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room area opens to a veranda with sitting area which leads you to the pool and the garden area. The ground floor also hosts a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The first floor there is an open plan area with sitting arrangement, all facilities include gym room with a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a steps, abs equipment, exercise bike, yoga board. An office space with a printer is also available. There is a playroom area for young children, a cinema room with PlayStation 4 and a 65” HDTV with NetFlix. A family bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks is also available.

The second floor where the rest of 4 bedrooms are located, all of which offer balcony access.

Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, one has two single beds that can easily be turned to a very comfortable king size bed as well if it is needed. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, a 32" HDTV, a closet room and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. Last but not least there is an additional family bathroom with shower cabin located on this floor.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- 50 sq. m ecological swimming pool with counter-current swimming system. The pool area is fenced and it can easily be isolated for child safety.
- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with a wood oven, kitchenette with a gas hob and a sink
- Outdoor dining area
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, deck chairs, outdoor sofa and a mini fridge) for relaxing in the gardens around the villa
