The house is surrounded with green well-landscaped garden, surrounded with a fence. Through the gates, there is a private road leading to the house and parking area. Guests can escape from the heat in a private poll of 38 sq. m. with a Jacuzzi. For the most convenient stay, there are sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower nearby. An equipped barbeque area allows to cook and dine alfresco on the covered terrace.

Just about 10-15 min drive there are hundreds of restaurants, bars and clubs for the entertainment.
