A modern kitchen features direct access to an outside seating area with a garden and sea views. It offers a built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel and electric smooth cooktop, and a flat-screen 32’’ TV. Kitchen cupboards and drawers are fully equipped with kitchen utensils and cleaning products. It also offers 2 large fridges with freezers, Nespresso's coffee machine, juicer and kettle and plastic glasses for the pool area “safe-use”. An additional guest toilet can be found close to the kitchen space and living and dining area.

The first floor offers a Standard Bedroom with a walk-in closet, small outside sitting area with a view to the main entrance of the Villa. It features 2 single beds, which can be used as a double bed, a large wardrobe with a safe box, a 42’’ TV, a working space with a desk, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The highlight of an outside area features a 9 x 5,5 m seawater, infinity pool with an against-current swim, jacuzzi, and waterfall jet. (Pool depth varies from 1,05 m to 1,80 m; heating is available on request). This space offers wooden & metal sun-loungers, open-air showers, and a roofed sitting area with a ceiling swing chair with a stunning sea view. The outside area offers as well: a large veranda with stunning sea views, a roofed covered dining area with 12 chairs, a large garden space with sea views, a barbecue area, a stone oven, and a small covered outside kitchen space.

Villa has immediate access to the highway and so it is easy to reach the nearby beaches of Heraklion, like Lygaria, Agia Pelagia, Mononaftis or Amoudara Beach. Each above-mentioned seaside Village, in summer, has a plethora of local tavernas, where you can try traditional Cretan dishes. In Spring - Autumn period as well as in the Wintertime, there are plenty of restaurants open in Heraklion Town, located just 15 minutes away by car.

DISABLED ACCESSIBLE HOME
Villa is a disabled-accessible home with a modern elevator, wheelchair entrance ramp, and fully accessible bedroom and its bathroom designed with luxury and comfort in mind.

PLEASE NOTE
– Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire complex and Villa offers to heat, air-condition, safe and a 24-hour security alarm service.
– Heating the pool is on request and there is an extra charge.
– Check-out time is at 11:00 am and check-in at 3:00 pm. In case we have a reservation with the same days of departure as your arrival, and your arrival as other guests departure – check in would be at 5 pm and check out at 10 am. Please contact us to confirm that as those times can vary.

Guest access
Guests will have the whole Villa and pool exclusively at their disposal.
NOTE: The pathway to the beach is used as well by 2 other private Villas.
