One can access this private villa via an external staircase and find the main lounge dining area and the kitchen which lay on the 1st floor.

Upon entering the space from the central staircase there are dining room and the kitchen. In between the central area you will enjoy our living room with the corner sofa and the coffee table where you can watch your favorite movies on the 58 inches TV or relax with the view of the balcony overlooking the private pool and the Toroneos gulf.

Continuing to the right of the living-dining room you will find a staircase from which we go down to the ground floor of the villa and to the attic 1 bedroom with 1 double bed without a door that closes and the WC. On the ground floor of the residence are the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have a corner bathtub while the 3rd has a shower. 1 of the 3 bedrooms is accessed by 3 steps to the ground floor area and has an indoor spa plunge heated pool.

The villa has 1 large balcony with luxury outdoor furniture, while the pool also has a sheltered area with a large living room and table to enjoy special moments during your swim. The swimming pool of 80 sq.m. and the children's pool of 20 sq.m. they have deckchairs around.
