Property rules

The villa has in one side the forest and the other 2 neighbor houses. We kindly pay special attention not to disturb with noise and loud music, especially 22:00-09:00 and 14:00-18:00. It is not prohibited from the local law to use fire on the beach or any place close to the forest so you can only use the barbeque on the place of the garden were it is covered with stone close to the house, not near to the trees. Please be extra careful to protect the nature.
