The guest can access -via an external staircase- the main lounge dining area and the kitchen, which are located on the 1st floor of the residence. At first glance the combination of stone and wood, a special feature of luxury and comfort, as well as the spacious living room will surely impress you.
Upon entering the space from the central staircase (see photo) you will find the monastery dining room on the left while the fully equipped kitchen is on the right. In between the central area where the living room with the corner sofa and the coffee table lays you can watch your favorite movies on the 40 inches TV or enjoy the view of the balcony with the private pool, .
Continuing to the right of the living-dining room you will find a staircase which gives you access to the ground floor of the villa, while you can also go up to the attic where there is a bedroom with a door that ensures privacy. The attic bedroom has a sea view, while the WC is also available on the same level.
On the ground floor of the residence there are the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have a corner bathtub, while the 3rd has a shower. The other bedroom also has a built-in sitting area with a 26 inches flat screen TV.
The villa has 1 large balcony with outdoor furniture, while the pools also have a sheltered area with a sitting area and a table to enjoy special moments during your swim.
Enjoy your bath in a protected area in the private swimming pools of the villa. The large swimming pool of 40 sq.m. and the small children's pool of 15 sq.m. have deckchairs and a special textured floor around them to protect the bathers.
