Villa 1 consists of the second and third floors. The main entrance leads to the second floor and a sunlit cozy sitting/dining area. This area with the fireplace is traditionally furnished. The totally equipped kitchen and a WC are on the same floor. Stairs lead to the second floor where you can see three bedrooms – a double and two twin - and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is ensuite to the double bedroom. All bedrooms have balconies with panoramic views.

The entire first floor is Villa 2. This villa consists of a traditional sitting/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are double, but the third one is a twin. This one has an ensuite bathroom and French doors leading to the terrace and the pool. The 13th and 14th person will sleep in sofa bed or extra bed.
