The villa comprises of two levels for a family or group of 12 guests.

Ground floor of the villa offers spacious open-plan lounge with sitting area and kitchen. Kitchen comes with full set of crockery and cooking tools. Same floor has 3 bedrooms, all with twin beds, sharing 2 bathrooms.

Upper floor contains 3 more bedrooms. The master bedroom with separate dressing room and a bathroom features private covered terrace with lovely big balcony overlooking the sea. Two guest bedrooms have double beds, individual bathroom each.

In the basement is a separate laundry room with washing machine, ironing board / iron and vacuum cleaner. Below the stairs there is plenty space for luggage storage.

Beautiful private swimming pool (infinity edge) with kids’ section – available. Deck around has many sunlougers, umbrellas and outdoor shower for most convenience. Those who prefer sea – can reach the beach within just few minutes!

Whole area is fenced, equipped with automated gates to ensure security and privacy. Other areas include green garden and a professional tennis court. Shaded parking can host 3 cars.
