Next to the lounge, there is a kitchen, fully fitted with necessary cooking tools and appliances, ample worktops set of cutlery and tableware. Indoor dining table sits 6 persons.

There are 4 bedrooms in total in the villa – 2 of them with a double bed, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. For more guests – extra bed can be added. Rooms have wardrobes and storage units, individual air-conditioning units, some rooms have sunny balconies. Guests share 2 bathrooms (with shower/ tub) and 1 separate WC. Laundry facilities provided.

Villa is fully fenced and gated, with a small, yet private swimming pool in front. By the pool, there are sunbeds to relax. In addition, there is a built-in barbeque area and outdoor dining set for guests to gather up and enjoy an open-air meal.
