Villa occupying large plot of 3500 sq. m. and grants panoramic view of the sea and surroundings. Within 5 minutes’ drive to the nearest village with various taverns, shops, restaurants and of course a nice beach. Couple of taverns could be reached by foot.
Villa measures about 400 sq. m. in total. Perfectly accommodating 13 guests. It comprises of a main house, a separate studio and independent gym house.
When entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan lounge, two indoor dining areas and kitchen.
This whole level has panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, opening to the garden. For guests’ entertainment, a 55” satellite HDTV and WIFI internet access provided. In addition, there is also a WC on this floor.
Staircase leads up to the first floor with 3 double bedrooms. The master room has its own bathroom with tub and shower, while other rooms share a common bathroom (tub/ shower).
Lower ground floor of the villa contains 1 twin bedroom (convertible into a double) and a kitchenette, game room with home cinema (60” TV, Nintendo Wii games). Also, there is 1 bathroom with shower.
Separate studio is in front of the pool area. It has its own entrance and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, kitchenette, a sofa and 1 bathroom, equipped with shower.
Next to the pool, there is also a gym house, it offers air-conditioning unit, 1 bathroom with shower and a good selection of training equipment. Perfect for those, who keeps working out even on vacations.
Beautifully landscaped garden with a private 40 sq. m. swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas. Guests can also use barbeque area to make delicious dinner and gather up altogether for open-air meals.
